It’s a brand new year, and we are celebrating with the launch of Rochester Brewing and Roasting’s expanded menu of sandwiches, breakfast burritos and baked goods, including vegan and gluten-free choices. You’ll recognize some old favorites and innovative new options to pair with our craft beer, cocktails, coffee and tea!
Sandwiches
CHICKEN BACON: chicken, bacon and pepperjack on a pressed ciabatta with baby spinach, tomato, crispy onions and jalapeno aioli
PROSCIUTTO MOZZARELLA: prosciutto and fresh mozzarella on a pressed ciabatta with sliced tomato and pesto
HONEY WHEAT CLUB: ham, turkey, bacon and provolone on toasted honey wheat bread with tomato and mayo
GRILLED CHEESE: provolone, colby and pepperjack on pressed rustic panini bread with spinach artichoke dip
ROAST BEEF: roast beef and provolone on a pressed ciabatta topped with crispy onions and creamy horseradish
TUNA SALAD: Tuna salad on honey wheat bread, with spinach, tomato and red onion.
JACK FRUIT: jack fruit on a pressed ciabatta with cole slaw and carolina bbq **vegan**
Sandwiches cost $9.50 and include your choice of chips. Please note, you can substitute gluten-free bread in any of the above sandwiches.
Burritos
CHORIZO: Local Pig chorizo rojo, hash browns, scrambled eggs and monterey jack and cheddar cheese in flour tortilla
SAUSAGE: Local Pig roasted garlic and rosemary sausage, hash browns, scrambled eggs and monterey jack and cheddar cheese in flour tortilla
BACON: bacon, hashbrowns, scrambled eggs and monterey jack and cheddar cheese in flour tortilla
VEGGIE: mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, hashbrowns, scrambled eggs and monterey jack and cheddar cheese in flour tortilla
SWEET POTATO AND BLACK BEAN: sweet potatoes, black beans, hash browns, tofu scramble and vegan mozzarella in flour tortilla **vegan**
Breakfast burritos cost $8.50 and include a choice of salsa or hot sauce.
Bakery Items
In addition to our popular donuts, Kandace has cooked up some other goodies, baked fresh in house. Choices include:
