Four New Beers on Tap

Four new craft beers lined up on a table

New Flavors and Old Favorites

Our head brewer, David, has been very busy lately! Rochester recently tapped four new beers in Parkville.

Boogie Off Beat Saison

This vibrant Saison was brewed in collaboration with our friends from Vine Street Brewing as part of the Banneker School Foundation Juneteenth Jazz & Blues Festival. It combines earthy undertones with prominent spice notes. A light and well balanced grain flavor provides a great base, while bright citrus aromas and flavors add a refreshing zest.

Vienna Lager

This Vienna Lager features a smooth maltiness with light toasted notes, offering a rich yet approachable flavor profile. Its clean, crisp finish strikes a perfect balance of malt depth and refreshment.

Rochester Original Coffee Stout

This stout is loaded with our in-house roasted coffee blend by the same name. It features a silky mouthfeel and a rich flavor with notes of dark chocolate and prominent coffee.

Tropical Ale

This refreshing fruit beer, brewed with 132 lbs of pineapple and 44 lbs of passion fruit, bursts with tropical flavors and aromas and has a bright and balanced profile.
