Live Music at Rochester

Did you know Rochester’s Crossroads location hosts local musicians on the first and third Wednesdays of each month? Musicians play from 6-8 p.m. in the back room of our Crossroads taproom. We have been hosting live music at Rochester since last summer, with plans to expand our music calendar in the months ahead.

A fifth generation musician and songwriter, Kasey’s soulful voice brings her heartfelt lyrics to life. It feels like you are part of her songwriting journey as she shares the personal stories behind the music. Kasey’s local roots run deep, stretching from Kansas City to the Ozarks and Winfield, Kansas to Southeast Texas. She was featured with band mate Marco Pascolini as The Country Duo on the legendary Sun Studio Sessions TV show. Her third album, Guitar in Hand, debuted at #3 on the Roots Music Reporting charts and Pitch readers voted it one of the top three albums of the year. She has shared the stage with Joe Ely, Peter Rowan, Amy LaVere & Will Sexton, Iris DeMent

and many more.

Kasey has produced/hosted River Trade Radio on KKFI 90.1FM as well as “Campfire” on DittyTV. She plays live and records with several bands, including The Country Duo, Kasey & The Pines, and The Naughty Pines

Kristin Hamilton draws from sun-drenched childhood days on Old MacDonald’s Farm in Savannah, MO, where she immersed herself in the beauty of nature on the farm and her parents vast collection of 1970s country, rock and gospel records. Kristin’s music is folk country tinged with the sweet flavor of bluegrass influenced by her experiences with tragic loss, profound faith, passionate love, and the desire to always have a little fun. Kristin’s soul-stirring performances give rise to heartfelt connections with her audience.

Kristin Hamilton formerly of Under The Big Oak Tree performs as a solo artist, as a duo with her daughter Lucy Gray, and with her full honky tonk band, The Heat. Kristin just released her debut solo album, Touch Of Blue in 2022.
