Rochester Brewing and Roasting has been recognized as one of Kansas City’s best breweries by Hop Culture magazine, along with seven other area microbreweries.
Citing Rochester’s unique title as Kansas City’s first craft brewery and coffee roaster under one roof, Hop Culture gave accolades to Rochester’s creative seasonal beverages as well as its top-rated ciders, ales and barrel-aged beers. They also noted the variety of beer styles offered, including a wide range of IPAs and its signature coffee stouts and ales, made with roasted-in-house coffee beans.
Rochester Brewing and Roasting was listed alongside other notable Kansas City breweries: BKS Artisan Ales, Alma Mader Brewing, Vine Street Brewing, KC Bier Co., City Barrel Brewing Company, Strange Days Brewing and Torn Label.

Chamber Recognition
In addition to the Hop Culture Magazine recognition, Rochester was also recognized recently as a Small Business Superstar by the Kansas City Chamber of Commerce. Now in its fourth year, the Small Business Superstars program celebrates Kansas City area companies who contribute to the economic vitality of the region.
