We get our coffee from a few different sources that go to origin and work directly with the farmers to provide quality coffee. They also provide training and feedback to provide better quality to the consumer. Our goal is to travel to the different origins and meet with the farmers to start relationships that will last a lifetime and also ensure sustainability for their families. 

 We roast in small batches and can control how long coffee stays on our shelves for the consumer. We are a small company where there is one Roaster that oversees the whole roasting process. Being small we also have the ability to change out coffee more often and rotation is frequent.
We roast 1-2 times per week to provide for our cafe. We also run a full espresso bar, a constantly rotating batch brew, a single origin single cup brewer, and loose leaf tea program by Hugo.

 Our cafe is focused on coffee and espresso forward drinks that appeal to the coffee connoisseur, the coffee enthusiast, and honestly people who don’t like coffee because we offer some really solid non coffee options. We want everyone to feel comfortable and that they have a place to sit down and get some work done or enjoy conversation.
