Brewer’s Archive Series: Smoked Tradition

Brewer's Archive Series Smoked Tradition Piwo Grodziskie Beer

We are proud to unveil Smoked Tradition, the inaugural release from our new beer series, The Brewer’s Archive. This series is a celebration of brewing’s rich past, a tribute to the lost and forgotten styles that have shaped the craft we know today. Our first  beer is a nod to one of the most unique and storied styles in beer history — Piwo Grodziskie. Hailing from the town of Grodzisk Wielkopolski in Poland, this centuries-old style is known for its bright, golden appearance, lively effervescence, and a distinct, smoky flavor derived from oak-smoked wheat malt.

The Brewer’s Archive exists to honor the craftsmanship of brewing as an enduring art form. Each beer in this series will resurrect a style that has faded from modern taps, giving our community a taste from beer brewing’s historical roots. With Smoked Tradition, we invite you to experience the crisp, clean bite of a Grodziskie, where the gentle smoke intertwines with subtle wheat sweetness and effervescent carbonation. It’s a taste both ancient and timeless, a reminder of beer’s profound ability to preserve stories across generations.

With each pour from The Brewer’s Archive, we aim to bridge past and present, helping our customers develop a deeper appreciation for the beverage in their glass. By reintroducing these “extinct” styles, we hope to spark curiosity, conversation, and a renewed respect for the brewing process. Smoked Tradition is more than just a beer — it’s a piece of living history, lovingly restored for a modern audience.

Be among the first to taste Smoked Tradition and take part in the revival of brewing’s forgotten past. Join us in raising a glass to the ingenuity of brewers across time and place. This is only the beginning of The Brewer’s Archive, where every beer tells a story worth remembering.
